Lifetime Limited Warranty
We guarantee your diamond jewellery against any manufacturing defects occurred during normal wear. In order for this warranty to remain valid, you must have your jewellery checked and inspected every 4 months by our jeweller on premises.
All we require is that you bring in this jewellery so we can make sure it is kept in excellent condition. If it is determined that your jewellery is in need of repair, you must have your jewellery taken in for repair. The inspection form must be signed and dated. This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear.
Lifetime Free Cleaning and Inspection
Bring your diamond jewellery, with your receipt into our store for cleaning and inspection. Bring as often as you want, FREE of charge! Note: This does not include rhodium plating and polishing, which is an additional charge.
Lifetime Guaranteed Trade-In Value on all Diamonds
We will gladly accept your diamond ring, earrings, pendant or bracelet with a valid sales receipt to be traded in for another regular price diamond of at least double the trade-in value. The trade-in value is the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax.
Howard Jewellers limited warranty applies to diamond rings, diamond earrings, diamond bracelets and diamond necklaces. The commitment does not cover theft, mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear. The warranty only covers diamonds in their original settings and has been inspected by OUR jeweller.
